We review the information you send us and, when we believe there are reasonable grounds to challenge the ticket, we prepare a draft appeal letter for you to review and send yourself.
If we find reasonable grounds to appeal and prepare a draft letter, the price is £4.99 for that letter.
If we do not find worthwhile grounds to appeal, you pay nothing for that case.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, documents, and evidence you provide, and for deciding whether to send the drafted appeal.
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the outcome of an appeal. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant case.
Because the appeal letter is prepared and delivered as soon as you pay, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and that once the letter has been delivered, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts no longer applies to that case. Before payment, you can walk away at any time at no cost.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live — nothing in these terms takes those away.
